Wisconsin lawmaker calls Republicans shameful, spineless, repugnant and immoral
Posted on 07.21.11
By Eric W. Dolan

Wisconsin Democratic Assemblywoman Tamara Grigsby blasted her Republican colleagues on Wednesday for putting n jeopardy legislation to extend unemployment benefits by 13 weeks.

“Not only is that shameful, not only is that spineless, not only is that repugnant, but it’s immoral,” she said. “And it’s not nice.”

“We kick and kick and kick the downtrodden over and over and over and over again, since January 1, when we came into this building in this session… it is repugnant what we are doing to the average people in the state of Wisconsin.”

5. THose are just some of the better character traits of most Republican politicians, their
corporate masters, operatives and constituents. They won't extend unemployment benefits for the suffering, but just let them vote on a tax cut for the rich or corporations, at least then you'll see some spine in Republicans fighting for those tax cuts. Remember, we have a corporate owned and rigged government and they want more, they want everything and they will do whatever they have to in order to steal it all.
