Arrested Anders Behring Breivik (32) has published a 1500-page manuscript on Internet, in which he states that he spent 9 years planning the bombing in downtown Oslo and massacre on Utøya.
The material was published only an hour before the bomb exploded outside the Government offices on Friday.
The "manifest" is entitled "2083 - A European Declaration of Independence", and deals with how Europe may rid itself of immigrants, and muslims in particular.
He believes 95 per cent of all Europeans may at first hate him for what he is about to do, but is convinced that they will thank him for it as time passes.
