1. I wonder if it is acts that always happened but were never seen as criminal before

People end up in Family Court for things that in the old days would have been accepted.

I used to get whipped with a belt - today that would have ended up iwth dear old dad facing an assault charge.

So kids beating on other kids would now be considered assault and not just kids fighting.

2. This shows we need to imprison everyone in America from birth and support

the worlds' largest prison system for profit and greed. Everyone starts out life in prison and they only get released once they subscribe to TBTB.

The crimes included: eight-year-olds in Greater Manchester suspected of sex assaults on other children, as well as one allegedly behind a kidnapping in Rochdale.

Two eight-year-olds linked to a rape in Levenmouth, Fife.

Assaults, sex attacks and vandalism in the Avon and Somerset Police area around Bristol.

A racially aggravated assault by an eight-year-old and a four-year-old vandal in Essex.
