President of the USA Number 1 Spoke followed by President Number 2!

Since WHEN does a US President give a speech followed by a FULL SPEECH by the Speaker of the HOUSE?

TWO PARTIES ARE ONE! This is UNPRECEDENTED... I'm an Old Democrat...never seen anything like this in my life...

So. We know now (some of us) that it's ONE GOVERNMENT...with TWEAKS.

It makes me very disheartened as an American voter since my first cast vote for JFK.

THIS IS A NEW AMERICA..... ONE PARTY.

After all, the President asked for this air time. I thought the opposing party always got air time in a situation like this.

2. This wasn't about the Presidential campaign, it was about Obama addressing the nation on deficit

This thing of the opposing party getting automatic time when the president says something is new.

9. I was around when the "Fairness Doctrine" was in force. President never had anyone else follow him

for important address to the Nation. This is very unusual. I've never seen it before.
