Well, I emailed Portman and got the same old same old back
about fiscal responsibility and that he couldn't think about raising the debt limit unless it was with spendingcuts...

remember this guy was Bush's Budget Director when they requested 7 clean debt limit increases.

6. I blame the democratic party for this one...
Bending over backward for Fisher who lost the governors race twice. But the democrats from the east side of Cleveland, heavy donors, were insisting that Lee was their man. Jennifer Bruenner would have had a better chance against Portman.
