This is surreal... listening to Tweety
explain to Jay Carney why you cannot negotiate with the Tea Party... it is really surreal...

Truth... the older man just told the young spokesman the truth... and the young idealist cannot or will not, or is not allowed to get it... your mileage will vary.

1. I think Carney is emulating the Prez. and trying not to stir anything
up. Too bad.

2. They should listen to Chris.
This whole bipartisan dream of Obama's has been proven to be impossible, if not entirely, at least for Obama. The bipartisan ramblings have not delivered any gain for him, or for the people.

3. I didn't think it was possible for Obama to pick a press secretary worse than Gibbs
But, Carney seems to be trying as hard as he can to make himself seem as unlikeable as possible.

5. A job that makes you famous, puts you in rooms of power and
compensates at 170,000 a year is thankless like I am flawless.

6. It's an easy call for an armchair QB like Mathews...
Actually, I was surprised to hear Carney speak. Usually, Mathews just interviews himself.
