The only place where I see any reference to it are on right wing sites of course....

The least offensive site I could find was Forbes....here is a link

Supposedly claims the earth is radiating alot more heat into space than previously thought, which means of course we can go on polluting as we please!!

1. ...it also means this Summer's massive heat wave is a lib fantasy

It's not really happening. Just like the tornadoes and floods are all fiction. This climate shit is all inside your fact-based lib brainpan. We obviously can go on merrily spewing pollution and getting massive tax breaks*

4. It seems like this isn't an entirely corrent assumption.

Someone help me if I missed something. More heat is being released into the air than previously thought. Okay...

Now here's the thing. If more heat is being GENERATED than was previously thought, wouldn't that make both sets of statistics true -- that more air is escaping (by virtue of their being more TO escape) while warming is still occurring? It seems they're taking only one end of the equation, seeing it's off a bit for calculated value X, then saying that the formula is broken for all values of X.

7. The study is by Dr. Roy Spencer,
who signed onto this deeply scientific statement:

"We believe Earth and its ecosystems — created by God’s intelligent design and infinite power and sustained by His faithful providence — are robust, resilient, self-regulating, and self-correcting, admirably suited for human flourishing, and displaying His glory. Earth's climate system is no exception."
