He's orange because he's mixing the jaundiced yellow of a failing liver with the red flush of continued drinking.

Although this morning, he apparently told the House Republican caucus "I am a happy warrior. I love all of you."* So maybe he's not that far off a crying jag.

*This is from Daily Kos, which posted a screen capture of a Jake Tapper tweet crediting Jon Karl with the quote. So you're getting it no closer than fourth hand.
