If it is any consolation, the Freepers HATE this debt limit deal

Sample responses:

We’ve been sold out just as I knew we’d be.

___________________

Government spending will continue unabated, out of control.

Since government spending is considered to be part of the GDP, the latest spending spree will serve to pump up the already phony GDP numbers, to keep the so-called “recovery” alive until the next election.

FUBO, and every one of your posse of Rats’n’RINOs.

_____________________

Speaker Cave-In, “we got 98% of what we wanted.” Wrong, Boner, we got shafted by the republicans again.

This is line by line B.S.

______________________

Is “RINO” a legitimate term anymore? Seems like they outnumber conservatives in Congress time and time again, even when we try to correct this via the Primary process.

I don’t even know if a third party would work. If it failed, all conservative representation could be lost. If it succeeded, you’d have *RINOS* from the GOP jumping ship to cash in on the success.

We’re screwed. Until we get people we can trust in leadership positions, we’re just flat out screwed.

15. me either... Just because they are too f'king insane to know better
than to vote against their own interests and then be pissed that those interests are not totally decimated.... No, I take no consolation at all.

6. They'll never be satisfied
I can't even get 50% of what I want as a progressive. If there were certain revenue increases or any reason to believe that that deeper cuts wouldn't come or the tax cuts would expire, I'd be ok with it. I'm not a need 100% progressive.

7. Uh huh
See what we (well some of us) can't get through our heads is short of POTUS dismantling everything progressive, declaring the Democratic party an enemy of the state, then resigning (along with Biden), anything and everything is too far left for them. THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. Anything to shift that window further and further to the right.

9. There's no earthly reason why.
With a third of govt. control they exacted 85% of the advantage.

That's why they're idiots.

22. A centrist is going to be hated by both ends of the spectrum
Go to a right wing message board, and Obama is the socialist anti-Christ.

Go to a progressive left wing message board, and Obama is a right wing stooge.
