They would have gone for the 3T in cuts the democrats were offering. Obama needs to make it clear repeatedly that he was offering more in the next year.

1. That's *precisely* what he's going to do. He just won his reelection bid, easily.

Now, if we can only get the House back and gain some seats in the Senate then perhaps, just perhaps, we can get some shit done (at the minimum fix health care and speed up the Iraq/Afghanistan pullout).
