Good, bad...doesn't matter, they just wanted stability for the markets.

6. Given the choice between stability and wild swings, I'll take stability.
It's not right that the financial sector has such a lock on the rest of the economy, but we have to deal with the current reality.

7. stock markets are extremely fickle and hard to predict.
this rally could fade by the end of the day if some other negative news comes out.

The only reason this shitty deal was concluded was to calm the impending panic in the markets.

If they're happy, I guess the deal was a success.

Nice to know who our government responds to ain't it.

9. My thinking is that while I may not benefit from what happens with
the markets, i sure can be hurt by them. Coming out of this entire situation without significant damage may be the best we can get for now. No votes have been taken, so this could still all hit the fan. But considering that we were being held hostage by fanatics, things are looking up.
