And that's enough for me. If Bernie says its a bad proposal, then I say its a bad proposal.

8. That'd be great, but I'm guessing the two sides will pull enough votes together to pass this junk.

6. Bernie won't sell out the working class.
The Global Capitalists are in charge, but maybe there are enough members of Congress to stop them?

7. I just emailed my senators (Mikulski and Cardin), to tell them
how much I appreciated Sen. Sanders' speech, and to ask them to vote NO.

no - we don't want default but it's time for the President to do what is right (risk the 14th amendment). He wanted to be pushed - "make me do it" - well we need to keep pushing.

11. I love Bernie but
he is just giving a speech instead of filibustering. So that is one NO vote and you can bet there will be the 60 needed no problem.

15. I don;t think he wants to be seen as the guy who sent the country into default
He's classier than Joe Lieberman in not abusing his position as a gadfly.

21. However you want to interpret it
IMO if Bernie were to do that it'd be a political suicide mission.

(But then again, he can be unpredictable.)

That is WRONG!
And that is BAD Economic Policy!"

20. Let's not get crazy. I'm afraid the Senator is just playing to the gallery now....
Sorry. But that's what it always looks like when you scream principle till death - but never draw your weapon in defense of it as the hordes just brush past you.
