On Dylan Ratigan, they are on fire - Sen. Sanders was on.
They are talking about primarying President Obama, and how we need to focus on shared prosperity.

The tea party rep. on was talking about how hard they are working to get more money into the hands of "the job creators." In other words, working hard to take money away from the middle and working classes and handing it to the idle rich. Too bad they use such obfuscating language.

13. the liberals wouldn't care, but
i'm not to sure about the independents.

one of my democratic friends has no forgiveness for men who cheat on their wives. she was a john edwards supporter. contributed to his campaign. she wouldn't forgive spitzer either even though she knows he would make a great prez.

2. Why does Sanders think the Teabaggers are grass-roots and genuine?
That's shockingly incorrect.

3. Some of the Tea party people are local yokels
My town has a small contigent of Tea Party supporters. They were either Libertarians or conservative leaning unaffiliated voters beforehand.

10. You Aren't UNDERSTANDING His Point. What He's Really Saying Is That
PEOPLE all over this country are just as pissed off with what's going on, it's just that the Tea-Baggers united and went about it the wrong way. He IS NOT supporting their agenda, simply the fact that WE as a Nation need to unite in some way as THEY have on a Progressive level! Not as they have, to the RIGHT. He was agreeing with the fact that people are FED UP with what's happening in D.C. and this is WHY the Tea-Baggers gained so much traction. Sanders also stated that Obama should be Primaried because of what he campaigned on and has moved so far away from most of it.

He's said this type of thing before, he's simply agreeing that GOVERNMENT IS BROKEN for the regular citizen. Not supporting Tea-Baggers just saying he understands why everyone is so mad and why they united from the get go. THEY at least got together a made some noise. We OTH sat back and let ourselves get rolled. We kept playing/talking about Obama's Chess game!

And yes, I KNOW I'm going to get a lot of flaming by what I've said, but had WE done something close to what the Tea-Baggers did, we might not be in this position.

Ratigan also said POTUS NEEDED to be Primaried. He mentioned Spitzer had it not bee for the "hooker" incident. He also said this... Obama gets to kick the can down the road, Repukes get their cuts AND the American people get the FINGER!

This only one reason I have watched Ratigan for so long. There are times people here rant and rave about how horrible he is, but if anyone watched him most of the time, most would see he wants what's best for "we the people" and NOT for the Big Corporatist Raiders, as he calls them.

18. Perhaps You Should Google Him. He Writes For Huffington Post Also.
Check Wikipedia, and then his bio. If he's anything he's Independent! He may have had different leanings before, but I'm not seeing that Repuke in him.

And, I'm glad he wants Obama primaried. Many of my friends and family want it to. We know it's not going to happen, but it IS our wish!

14. Why does Sanders talk of primary to Obama rather than demand
the socialist programs and ideals? Does he have any actual ideas of his own? What does he propose?

is the right way to go.
