You shoulda weighed in earlier, but not too early, because we didn't know what the final form was going to be, so we would have ignored your alarmist bleating, but now you've seen how things are shaking out, so it's too late. When, exactly, was the Goldilocks Moment, when protests would have been Just Right? We'll let you know that in a couple of months, as if it matters now.

So let's all be sensible and agree to this best of all possible solutions and it couldn't be any better, except for the little "tweaks" the Republicans will offer in the days/weeks/months to come, all of which will be eminently sensible and agreeable to all parties, unless you're some kind of dirty fucking hippie, and who cares what you think anyway?
