8. I think I recall that the Progressive caucus has 62 votes and
that they were against the new proposal and would not vote for it. I do not know if the Black caucus was counted with them. But that was perhaps 2 days ago and things change so much so I do not know if it held true.

...that a majority of Democrats in the House voted against this capitulation to the Tea Party.
