Evidence Suggests GOP Hacked, Stole 2004 Election
http://www.benzinga.com/news/11/07/1789905/forget-anonymous-evidence-suggests-gop-hacked-stole-2004-election

""A new filing in the King Lincoln Bronzeville v. Blackwell case includes a copy of the Ohio Secretary of State election production system configuration that was in use in Ohio's 2004 presidential election when there was a sudden and unexpected shift in votes for George W. Bush," according to Bob Fitrakis, columnist at http://www.freepress.org and co-counsel in the litigation and investigation.

If you recall, Ohio was the battleground state that provided George Bush with the electoral votes needed to win re-election. Had Senator John Kerry won Ohio's electoral votes, he would have been elected instead.

Evidence from the filing suggests that Republican operatives — including the private computer firms hired to manage the electronic voting data — were compromised.

Fitrakis isn't the only attorney involved in pursuing the truth in this matter. Cliff Arnebeck, the lead attorney in the King Lincoln case, exchanged emails with IT security expert Stephen Spoonamore. He asked Spoonamore whether or not SmarTech had the capability to "input data" and thus alter the results of Ohio's 2004 election. His response sent a chill up my spine."

Anyway, I didn't need to read any article about the 2004 Election being stolen - I thought that was commonly known.

4. How about that! It only took 6 years but maybe- could it be-
is it really coming to light now? Bob Fitrakis- you are to be commended (for those of you who do not know him, he's been on this case for years and he is a champion in electronic voting machine rigging. I'm thrilled to see this finally moving ahead and PRAY that this is the beginning of the unraveling about the truth about our elections and the machines that we STILL USE TODAY. Let it be so!

And for those of you for whom this topic is new, feel free to PM me for some additional links so you can catch up on what many of us here have been saying- and trying desperately to communicate- for years. Start with Brad Friedman-- www.bradblog.com-- do a few searches on elections, or Clint Curtis. And read about the case on the website of Attorney Fitrakis ...

So tragic to think that had someone paid attention to us back then-- or even after Kerry lost (we are pretty sure he knew they were rigged by the way)-- imagine how different the country would be today without having had all the years under Bush. So tragic.

Spead the word, keep this kicked and-- let's see if this story has the legs (finally) to make it to mainstream media. For real.

6. See linked video
(it's titled that it's from 2000, but it's relevant to Ohio and Florida vote rigging.) Anyway, it's a 9 minute video with testimony from a programmer.

10. Is this the one who "suicided" himself in a motel room?
I believe it was just over the border from Florida and that he was heading to testify or spill the beans to someone.

Why wasn't this shouted from the rooftops?

13. The Significance of the Death of Raymond Lemme to the 2004 Election
Post from DU

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=104&topic_id=5567680&mesg_id=5567680

"There is very good reason to believe that Raymond Lemme (whom I’ll bet was never mentioned by our corporate MSM) had information shortly before his death, in July 2003, in a Valdosta, Georgia motel room, that could have blown open the plans of George W. Bush and his handlers to “win” the 2004 Presidential election. To evaluate this connection we should start with a brief summary of the unsolved mysteries surrounding Bush’s “victory” in Ohio, which everyone knew well before Election Day would almost certainly be necessary for a Bush Electoral College victory."

11. K&R
The most crucial issue facing our democracy is the way our votes are counted.

People, please, do not ignore this problem.

The best way to fight it is to stop in at your election office and tell them you are worried about how the votes are counted. Make sure they know you do not trust the system. It is real easy to do and if enough of us do it the people who work in those offices will eventually make changes.

This is the single most important issue. If they are allowed to continue to convert our votes we don't stand a chance at getting the republicans voted out.

15. Yep
If people continue to ignore the facts of stolen elections, there is no use in doing anything else.

It is all just pissing in the wind when elections are stolen.

so let's move on to a national priority, like throwing more grandmas under the bus. :patriot:

21. What is really disturbing is anymore justice is often not served for
outrageous behavior. And we are told, don't look back. There seems to be almost tacit approval given for this behavior.

22. exactly--the Justice Dept is very very similar personnel wise to the Bush DOJ
burrowed in and not helpful--and if Obama wants to appoint more competent lawyers that will express his philosophy, he is blocked. The PuKKKes want one party rule by themselves and will settle for nothing less. They are dictators and humbugs of the first rank.
