A protester who thrust a foam pie into the face of Rupert Murdoch as the media mogul answered lawmakers' questions on phone hacking was sentenced to six weeks in jail by a British court on Tuesday.

Jonathan May-Bowles, 26, a comedian who goes by the stage name of Jonnie Marbles, was jailed after pleading guilty to assaulting Murdoch as the media mogul was being questioned in a parliamentary hearing last month.

I doubt if anyone intentionally wishes to look sloppy in their spelling and grammar. I think that pointing out such errors is a helpful practice. Others disagree, and of course we are all entitled to our own opinions. This happens to be mine.

I realize these are different countries, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the wielder of weapon of mess production serve a similar sentence in the U.S., while the likes of Scooter Libby walk free.
