You've got to get mad
Keith Olberman once again tell it like it is. Here is the link: http://www.rawstory.com/rawreplay/2011/08/olbermann-on-debt-deal-youve-got-to-get-mad/ Here is a quote from him:

The betrayal of what this nation was supposed to be about did not begin with this deal and it surely will not end with this deal,” Olbermann continued. “There is a tide pushing back the rights of each of us and it has been artificially induced by union bashing and the sowing of hatreds and fears and now this evermore institutionalized economic battering of the average American. It will continue and it will crush us because those that created it are organized, and unified, and hell-bent. And the only response is to be organized, and unified and hell-bent in return.”

“We must find again the energy and the purpose of the 1960s and the 1970s, and we must protest this deal and all the goddamn deals to come in the streets. We must rise, nonviolently, but insistently. General strikes, boycotts, protests, sit-ins, non-cooperation, takeovers. But modern versions of that resistance, facilitated and amplified by a weapon our predecessors did not have: the glory that is instantaneous communication.”

1. We have an army rolling over us causing destruction for many, it's just different
than the old days. And many think the raping and plundering of the masses is perfectly fine, all in a day's business.

2. Hell, yeah!

But people have got to get past their complacency first. The water temperature is literally rising too slowly to make people aware that we're being boiled alive by the rich.

3. What we need to do is understand our enemies.
They are not the teabaggers and the freepers. They are the same hapless idiots we are until we all wise
up to the massive thefts that are occurring all around us. They want us to waste our energies and
spin our wheels fighting each other while they empty the vaults of our great country.

The power of the people will remain impotent until we as a society come to this realization. And that
must be soon.

5. Like so many Olbermann forgets
that the 60's turmoil didn't start full blown on January 1, 1960. It took a while to get mad but it happened.

Then Reagan came in and the backlash against all the gains that the 60s wrought was on. Today we're living that result.
