Can we all here at least come together to dance on the grave of Tom Delay's freedom?
I wish it were more than 3 years, but that 10 years of probation in exchange for that is something.

And no, Obama would not pardon him if he could; that's kind of silly.

Perry might be breathing easy for the first time in his political life now that he's out from under Delay's thumb, but, yeah, I might look for a pardon right before the end of his term, unfortunately.

Still, I really hope there's a hell. Too many are getting off the hook due to Obama's complicity in refusing to investigate serious crimes.
