Just on Rachel.

Can someone rationally explain to me HOW the hell the tax breaks are helping?

Without those tax breaks they'll be forced to lay some of us off so they can still have the same size pile of money to cavort in.

2. The tax breaks were supposed to eliminate the "Surplus"

and they certainly worked. After that was done they are still there for any reason that you would like to invent.
