Times are tough.
After a weekend of protesting government spending, a member of the tea party returned to work Monday morning to find a note on his desk from accounting. The note said his salary was being cut from $50,000 a year to $30,000 a year because it is good for business. This forced him to take out a second mortgage with a variable interest rate (which the lender promptly raised) to pay his bills. He then went and complained to his boss and asked him why him? His boss retorted that the tea party member had a spending problem. The tea party member then demanded his salary be restored to $50,000. His boss then called him a socialist and said he was unAmerican. Times are tough.

3. I was trying to think of some way to show the absurdity of their position.
This is what came out.

4. thank you for
Today's Parable

But what's the ending? Did the tea party member quit? It's not logical that a Tpartier would not react. Or does it just make him even more determined to stop gay marriage?
