The American people will reward the Republicans for this....
Because it's easier just to blame the Black Guy.

If they actually do that, they won't like what they'll be asking for in the long run.

Welcome to Republican Hell.

1. Extortionomics has backfired
But the Republicans are so hopelessly stupid that they will do it again anyway.

2. The Republican assholes waste all of the time in congress, get paid, get their
benefits and don't perform. Yep, another session of Republican Hell, blaming the Black Guy.

3. That's not what the post-ceilingpalooza polls said
Prez came out much stronger than the Pubs. I would like to see him hang this around their necks though. If he doesn't, Michelle should ground him.

4. Yes, the horrible things needed by the republicans are lining up quite nicely.
This should be a horrific election in 2012. People may want to leave for that year.

6. That is exactly what republicans want. Oh yea, they lie, you sit out
one of the most important years in your lifetime. How chicken-shit is that? I will not take the year off and I will not back down. Fuck republicans, they are evil people bent of destroying everything that is good about this country.

5. Perhaps not.
The GOP's timing might be exquisite. Public memory is amazingly short. Fox News and other propaganda channels will shorten public memory even more. At least, that is what KKKarl Rove is counting on.

Know what I mean?

8. Nancy Pelosi talked about messaging in a recent interview.
Look like democrats finally get it. Pelosi see messaging as all important. Maybe Pelosi sat down and had a conversation with Representative kathy Hoschul. Republicans and their allies at Fox News expect democrats to back down with messaging, they are in for a surprise. Pelosi has regained the footing that made her such a powerful counterweight to George W Bush.

9. Obama is gonna have to shoulder much of the blame for this
The problem right now is revenue or lack thereof. The Bush tax cut deal Obama brokered with the Republicans dramatically increased the projected deficit.

Also, the new deficit deal contained no revenue and it should have.

When it came to the Bush tax cuts, all Obama had to do was nothing and he couldn't even do that. Republican tax policies are causing these massive deficits and Obama is helping them along.

10. A good example of why Democrats can never have decent message control - to many Dems happy to blame
Dems instead of aiming their fire at Republicans.

12. It's not about message control
Edited on Fri Aug-05-11 11:13 PM by Cali_Democrat
It's about following Republicans and their policies as they lead us to financial ruin.

13. You were diverting blame from Republicans to a Democratic President.
That helps Republicans, There is a lot of that here now. I don't spend my time doing that.
