Then, after getting the word from the think tanks on how to respond, we will hear from them. They need to get their toutoring first

Interpretation: Hiding from the public until they've coordinated their talking points of poutrage that Obama has gotten us all in this horrible awful mess and how they tried to prevent the downgrade but that bad old Obama and those evil Democrats just wouldn't listen, etc, ad nauseum.
