4. Of course they are.....
....look at who they are supporting....Romney. The other two big ratings agencies didn't do it, so there is only one conclusion to draw from it......teajadists! Tear down the economy and blame it on Obama....that's the goal. They don't care who it hurts, they have theirs and they want yours. I have reduced S&P to junk status. I own a lot of stock, but not a one on the S&P. They supported the MAdoff scam and those involved should be wearing stripes. Obama should instruct the justice dept to open a full-blown investigation into S&P fraud and convict anyone in the company whose name starts with a capital letter.
