Regulate the ratings agencies - they are out of control
They have no responsibility to anyone and can destroy (U.S. & Global Economy) or help anyone (AIG, Lehman Bros., Banksters R US et al.) they choose...

....with impunity - their "ratings" however *wrong* they are - are protected free speech according to the courts.

Regulate 'em - they suck
