So a ton of republicans lost their shirts today and this last week.
Are they going to keep the republicans in power or are they finally going to wake up with what their party has become?

I'm sure a lot of middle of the road and democrats lost also. I'm focus on the people that help keep this criminals in power.

1. I wonder how much of the Tea Party demographic owns a lot
of stock? Contrary to popular opinion, I think a lot of Tea Partiers are upper middle class at least. 'Course, they'll all find some way to blame Obama!

2. I'll bet
that by the end of the week, the markets will rebound. I do think that this is a wake up call for independents and democrats and republicans who are tired of how the teabaggers hijacked our country that it's possible to get the house back and hold on the the senate and WH.

3. 55% of the population does, due to 401K et al
So I would not do what a tea partier did with us. He was shocked when he smugly told us that we didn't even have a stock manager and we said, wrong... bucko

5. Layoffs continue & spread in Brownbackistan. The Laid-off are going to switch, but those who still
have jobs are so afraid of being fired for not being Republicans that I imagine they'll move further to the right and look for re-hires, eventually, who do not threaten them.

6. I wrote my republican senator and told him that I would vote him and
any republican in my state out of office. I would work hard with others to get them out of office. I reminded him about baggers being in the party. I mean I let him have it. I told him I blamed their party. I told him I would fight at the ballot box with non-violence.

15. You can shout that from the rooftops, you can repeat it over and over
and over and over and over and over...

But some people will still choose not to comprehend how long-term investing actually works.

16. Oh I know
Anytime the market drops more than 100 points it generates a half dozen threads where a bunch of 19 year old's who have no idea how the market works tell the rest of us how stupid we are for being involved in it.

None of them talk about the fact that after the market dropped 1000 points in a few days that it's still all free money as long as you're just sitting on it.

14. Nah,
No, these fucks are the ones placing put bets and raking in millions on this calamity in the market that they caused...

It is possible to make a ton of money when the prices go down. That's exactly what they're betting on.
