11. Article III - The Judicial Branch Note

Section 1
In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact,

with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

12. I believe the poster is referring to Article III, Section 2, Clause 2.
Congress can limit the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. This means the USSC can't hear the case. Its use has been very limited but it has been used in our history.

7. Unions do a lot more than just fight for fair wages and safer conditions
They also offer retirement plans, health insurance plans etc.

And, yes, even much needed political support for the right candidates. An overly ambiguous amendment might mean the contributions they makes deprive some very imporatnt candidates of much needed support.

15. Be careful what you wish for
Your money can equal speech as well. That is what PAC's are for. I would not want to limit the ability of the PAC's I support to purchase air time and get my views out.
