The 'poet' Herman Cain cited in closing?
In closing, Herman Cain cites a “poet’s” lyrics that “Life can be a challenge / life can seem impossible.” The poet? Apparently, it was disco singer Donna Summer’s song “The Power of One,” featured in Pokemon: The Movie 2000.

Meanwhile, Tim Pawlenty riffs on Spider-Man, saying “With great blessing comes great responsibility.”

If our politicians would actually follow that advice this country would be a lot better. It's sad when Peter Parker would make a better politician than presidential candidates. Hmm Peter Parker/Bruce Wayne 2016. They wouldn't even need corporate money, I'm sure Bruce could pay for their entire campaign. After all, Batman is partially based on Theodore Roosevelt.

5. It means he never read a spider-man comic.
It should read "with great power comes great responsibility."

6. I know what the original saying is...
...I'm just puzzled at his complete non sequitur variant.

But hell, they rewrite the bible to suit themselves, why not Stan Lee?
