So Biden assures the Chinese that they will be paid what we owe them. How about our citizens?

Will they be paid what they are owed?

Without the people of the United States there would be no country. We are the taxpayers, we are the workers, we are the ones who make this country what it is with our day to day labor to make things work in this nation. We are the backbone of this country. Try and make it work without us.

After working for decades and contributing to Social Security and Medicare and doing our share to uphold our part of this social bargain we at least expect to receive what we were promised, what we are owed. I want to hear our Democratic leaders assure us that we will be paid what we are owed, that we are not somehow moved down the list of those who somehow deserve to be repaid.

Obama will give us peas.

with our debt the actual amount owed is know by both parties.

with SS its not... show me where you have a contract with the goverment to provide you x amount of SS

We pay, we will get what is promised to each of us individually. I get the letter every year from SS telling me how much I will get at retirement. It is a specific number, it is an x amount just as yours is.
