Question: Quit B. and Start a Revolution...
In the Washington, DC / Baltimore area, whenever I go to a street / art festival there is always some kid (hey, I'm well over 50!) with a Quit B., Start a Revolution tee-shirt handing out flyers / bumper stickers and asking for donations. Maybe I should just ask the kid, but never did - I'm wondering if this is part of an organized effort or if it is just done by individuals to pick up spare change.

I did some searches and all I found are commercial tee-shirt sites and individual posts that quote the phrase. Anyone know?

1. Zendik
http://zendik.org/

It was a hippie commune, that was located in S. California, moved to Texas, and then to West Virgina, if I'm not mistaken. It was started by a guy named Wulf Zendik, who was quite an interesting character.

I think they've turned into more of an arts collective, but still do the whole Stop Bitching Start a Revolution thing. I've got one of their tee shirts around here somewhere...

3. Thanks! I overheard the guy...
...mention a web site or organization that seemed to start with Z, and when I searched for the slogan, a tee-shirt seller called zazelle came up. So I was wondering what was going on.
