My favorite left wing voice is....

Ed Shultz. Could somebody post the full page ad in last weeks New Yorker please.

Who do you enjoy the most for our point of view?

12. Of all the ones mentioned, they are each a favorite in a different
area, if that makes any sense. If I could only watch ONE, I think it would be Rachel. She helps lay it out and helps me understand. But we need each and every one of them.

28. Thank you

I'm guessing there is a series of these print ads about the MSNBC personalities, since this is close to the Ed promo MSNBC is running. IF I was in advertising, I'd be buying prime time on my favorite network.

I also bought the last 2 Ed Head ceramic mugs that were available with the same face as this button:

17. Thom Hartmann, MLK, Robert Reich, Ravi Batra, Bernie Sanders,
Ravi Batra is the economist that Thom Hartmann has on frequently. He wrote a book about our economic problems titled The New Golden Age because he is optimistic about where this COULD lead.

21. Eugene Debs
There's only one recording I know of with his actual voice, one from 1904. In those days speeches by Debs were commonly read by actors on the radio: here's one his speeches that I like, read by an actor:

to current TV I think. Lots less posts about his show here on DU as well.

Anyway, mine is Ray Taliaferro, in San Francisco.

24. Thom Hartmann is my favorite, but I enjoy all of them. Schultz, Rhodes, Miller, etc
I sometimes joke around with my former boss (she now works there part-time) about how Thom Hartmann is the pessimist and Randi Rhodes is the optimist. If Thom Hartmann is happy, things are REALLY good, and if Randi Rhodes is negative, things are really bad. Hartmann is my favorite because I like the way he explains the issues and how he thinks (on the issues, not necessarily the pessismism)

35. Thom Hartmann.
I've seen him on RT and recently started following him on Sirius talk left. When Bernie Sanders makes a guest appearance it's as though the world suddenly makes sense and there is intelligent life in the universe. Count me as a fan.
