Harrison Township— A wing walker at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base fell more than 200 feet during an air show Sunday.

The stuntman, Todd Green, was taken to Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center, said Selfridge spokeswoman Penny Carroll.

According to Selfridge officials, Green was attempting to transfer from John Mohr's Steerman aircraft to a helicopter above when he fell off the plane. Officials said Green attempted to grab on to the skid at least twice before he fell.

Suzanne Thomas Sanders of Clinton Township was about 100 feet away from the accident and described it as "surreal" on the air show's Facebook page.
