2. What bothers me most about this is that the drugs are not produced because of
low profit margins.

LOW profit margins. A LOW profit margin is STILL a profit. And if you save a life making a LOW profit today, that person will probably continue to give you higher profits on other things later - which they will NOT do if they are DEAD.

That's what you get when you put MBAs in charge of health care.

4. As I said. They don't invest in companies on Wall Street. They
gamble on numbers.

For the Wall Street MBAs, and the boardroom MBAs, what matters are the next quarter numbers, not long-term sustainability. That's why the entire world economy is in the crapper today.

5. Wall Street doesn't just demand high profits
it demands high SHORT TERM profits. If they can't see it in this quarter, the profit doesn't exist.
