Jeb Bush--Are the Repubs Trying to Get the Lunatics Snuffed???
Odd that Jeb has just popped up and is slapping hands of the lunatics! He's told them to stop the name calling and personal attacks on Obama because it will get them nowhere, people don't like it, and they need to start doing positive things. He questioned the idiocy of "the pledge". Says that things like making the rich pay more on Medicare or raising the amount that can be taxes for SS are sound, intelligent ways to handle the problem and asks "so is that the same as raising taxes". He doesn't think so. Anyway, I've noticed a number of the non-lunatic fringe of the party starting to push back. I have a feeling this is going to increase over the year in an attempt to rid the party of the bowl of mix nuts. Maybe they will actually help Obama (behind the scenes) get some intelligent things done with "the committee". The country desperately need a bunch of these guys from Jeb to Bill Clinton to Obama, etc. to take this government by the neck and stuff this clowns.

7. If you have noticed, Romney is the only one other than Huntsman
who have NOT made personal attacks on Obama.
The TEA PARTIERS hate him for this so a couple
of times he has come down criticizing to appease
the Tea Party. Jeb is probably trying to make
it so Romney does not have to get down in the
mud with the others.

Did you note what he said about SS and Medicare??
COME IN THIRD WAY and DLC---are you listening.
When Jeb Bush sounds more reasonable than your
positions, goodbye Democratic Party.
If you have a moral compass you had better adjust
your true North.

For those who think I am being too harsh on the
Third Way and DLC, go to their websites when you
have time and read some of their positions.

3. Jeb still thinks he's gonna be POTUS someday
In any other country I'd say his last name would prevent that. Here it is an even bet that he is right.

4. Bush is just dipping his toes in the water, he wants to come off as the reasonable one
and ride in and save the country just in the nick of time.

5. I think the movers on the right see a real chance that they can retake power...
and recognize that howling insanity is their greatest danger. I think they are correct in one thing, that this is the Republican's election to lose. The lousy economy have the American electorate frightened, and Republicans are smart enough to know that the electorate can be pushed to put them back in the White House and the Senate, if they can just quiet the descendants of he John Birch Society that are now the leading contenders, they've got a great shot.

8. When Obama looked like a shoo-in they let the lunies run amuck
But now that Obama looks eminently beatable the 'adults' in the Republican Party are trying to get things under control so that they can anoint another pliable stooge like W to do their bidding. Romney fits the bill well. Perry might also, since he is easily paid off. But I would not be at all surprised to see someone else enter the race, ever JEB.

the plan from the start.

10. Uh oh,
Didn't see that coming. I don't think they are trying to clear the crazies out of the way for Romney, I think it is for Jeb himself...

13. I think the Screaming Freakshow of Bachmann-Perry-Palin is
intended to erode our sense of the ridiculous, to the point where Mitt and his Magic Underwear Act will appear to be reasonable and electable (for 2012).

I believe we all know Obama will be re-elected in 2012.

But Jebbie is desperately trying to appear competent and is trying to rehabilitate the family name so he can run in 2016, and I would bet my last dime on that.

12. The sane people of this country must unite to shove the lunatics back into the asylum.
Democrats, Independents, and any remaining Sane Republicans are all under threat from the 'baggers. United we stand, divided we're fucked.

not burn it to the ground for the sheer joy of watching a fire.

15. Indeed. There is a lot they haven't stolen yet
and they don't want the religulous crazies prematurely terminating the looting by pushin' the button for Jebus.

16. The Republicans have done so much damage to the country in the last 30 years. Especially W. Bush. It
is great to see them suffer for all the creepy wingnuts there are in the GOP primaries. I hope they cringe until they realize they too are nutbombs. They are looking into a mirror. I mean what was the thinking behind George W. Bush to run the debt up? It was nutty to do that just to starve government. And the old time repubs have all bought into that. They are the wingnuts they loath. So good for them that they are suffering right now. Good for them. Maybe they'll learn something about pain. Cause they are so cold.

17. Jeb is going to be their nominee. They have started giving him airtime.
They're going to slowly prime the masses for his entry into the race. He was shown on Morning Joe this morning, he was on Faux News and I do believe Andrea Mitchell had him on her show today. They are setting him up for the win. JUST WATCH.

Jeb Bush will probably be the rethug nominee.

If not the nominee, the selected VP. When they steal the election, which is very probable, the rethug Prez is knocked off, becomes very ill, shoots himself in the back of the head 3 times and Jeb becomes Prez by default. How's that for a scenario? Sad that it's not very farfetched, eh? Poppy's still alive, right? He can still pull strings.
