Big Ed is tearing Rick Perry and TX education a new one tonight.
1. Third highest teen pregnancy rate in the country.

2. Highest number of minimum-wage jobs in the country.

3. One of the lowest rates of spending per student in the country.

And I thought IN was bad on education. Now what parent in their right mind thinks this is a good thing?
