2. No. NC, VA, MD and I believe one in DE

Most from falling overweighted trees. Unlike more tropical areas, our trees have HUGE branches full of leaves at this time of year that aren't flexible to the wind/rain like palm trees and 60' pines.

3. It was falling trees that were the danger in Hurricane Juan. Big trees, on rocky shallow soil and
