1. The only real way to do this is to make Made In the USA cool.
People are willing to pay more for things they crave, but they will not do that for shit that looks like something Grandpa would want. It has to be fucking hot and sexy and people must want it. Just look at the kind of prices Apple pushes. That demonstrates this principle.
