Judge finds prima facie evidence that US government may have "vindictively prosecuted" Dan Choi
At issue is whether the US government is seeking a harsher charge against former Lt. Dan Choi, for handcuffing himself to the White House fence as a protest against the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, than would have been sought against others who protest routinely at the White House fence.

The judge seems to think Dan has a case, at least enough to proceed.  And it is awfully suspicious why the government is pursuing this rather high profile gay case at the same time the administration claims it wants to kiss and make up with the gay community as next year's election approaches.  This is not the way to kiss and make up.  Which thus makes one wonder if the entire thing is politically motivated.  It seems the judge is curious too.

6. I hope this causes everyone from the President on down -
to stop for a minute and think about their prejudice toward us gay folk. They should find this decision very sobering. I got a letter today asking for money. No way.

7. The WH has repeatedly done nothing to solve these
issues. They let the CIA burn torture tapes, but I knew there would be no justice for the victims of the previous group. GWB left bodies all over the place and I guess that it was too much to handle for a fledgling administration. Leaving all the Cheney-bots in the Justice Department in place, really tells me all I need to know. Nothing will change until someone stops the madness and admits we have a love for authority without question. We must, we went to war with Iraq without actually having any reason to do so.

Unless you believe Dick Cheney.

12. Wasn't he called the most egregioius things here?
Along with Cindy Sheehan? And after they were raised as paragons of the Left/Liberal/Progressive movement and ideology?

I SWEAR, this place --DU-- get's more and more like 1984 every day with it's
'You Must Hate Goldberg!'
'We have ALWAYS been at war with EastAsia, but Oceania is our ally Hoo-ray!'
morphing into
'We have ALWAYS been allies with EastAsia and Oceania has ALWAYS been our enemy

------and THEN some------

And GOLDBERG is deep in controlling all of them too!
(I'll just BET Goldberg's middle names are Lenin, Stalin, Adolph, Khruschkev (sp?), Aahmadinejad, Sadam Hussein and Osama! With some Barbie Bachman, Romeny, Palin, Santorum (snicker), Pawlenty, Perry and rand'nron Paul (so similar, in some ways, to Sam'nEric from The Lord of the Lies) thrown in for good measure.)

Bell's ringing! Time for the 2 Minute Hate!'

15. But of course you know the rationalization already:
it won't be Obama's fault! No! Never!
Finger-pointing will be compass-like until it shatters down to a fraction of "The Buck Stops here" into a nameplate on every desk, door and window in the entire country that "Here is were the buck stops"

--for isn't that the spin now? It's never Obama's fault but every person in America who either voted or didn't vote?
It was their fault they didn't elect enough ----what?--- politicians who could mind-read what Obama REALLY meant or Presidential Yes-Men?

Of course the original slogan states that as the majority of the population elected this one person to be President, that he had to do what the MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE wanted (not the corporations) simply because he had nobody to pass he buck to.
In short: He took responsibility.

NOW, the responsibility is on ANYONE but the President.

Isn't that funny?
& I don't mean Funny Ha-Ha :(
