There is no excuse for the Speaker of the House not attending the memorial. Some high official of
the RNC could have taken his place at the cocktail party. It is inexcusable!!!

6. Rachel said he was "offered a seat on AF1". I sincerely wonder if he felt he couldn't
slam down the drinks without raising a few eyebrows. Seriously, that would have been a concern of mine when I was drinking. Although I'd have dealt with it by bringing a flask and getting as hammered as possible before boarding.

11. Since Boehner is an alcoholic, it makes perfect sense
that he would choose the cocktail party over the event in Tucson. But oh, does he deserved to be condemned for this decision.

22. You make a good point - I was just wondering which other govt officials came to the OKC memorial
with Clinton. Speaker of the House? Other members of the House or Senate? etc.

25. There is another aspect of "Questionable Judgement"
If he is unable to understand how critical it was for him as a Republican to be at this event where one of his Democratic House members was in the hospital due to an assasination attempt then ALL of his decisions from this point on are questionable. Americans were injured and were assasinated and he chose to go to a fundraiser.

Epic Fail!
