Remember the KS doctor Rachel Maddow interviewed on her show?
The state is trying to take her medical license away. They are acting on a complaint filed by Operation Rescue. Yes, the same organization that has convicted felons (domestic terrorists) in leadership roles filed a complaint with the state Board of Healing Arts and they are seriously considering revoking this doctor's license. And not because she performed abortions, but because they don't like the way she recorded medical records for second opinions on abortions performed by Dr. Tiller.

After all, he's dead, so they can't take his license away.

And those medical records are the same ones Bill O'Reilly was given by former state AG Phill Kline.

TOPEKA | A Kansas doctor testified Thursday in a disciplinary hearing that she omitted some details from her medical records for late-term abortion patients because she wanted to protect their privacy.

Ann Kristin Neuhaus said she feared abortion opponents might obtain the information and make it public.

Neuhaus faced questions about second opinions she provided to the late George Tiller’s clinic in Wichita. The opinions were required by Kansas law before the clinic could proceed with many late-term abortions.

She testified that her opinions were independent of Tiller’s.

“He told me never to take his opinion or feel pressured,” she testified. “He wanted a completely independent opinion.”

A complaint before the State Board of Healing Arts accuses Neuhaus of negligence in performing mental health exams for 11 patients, ages 10 to 18, who received abortions from Tiller in 2003. Neuhaus diagnosed the patients with acute anxiety, acute stress or single episodes of major depression.

2. Target Key Individuals
Threaten civil servants, artists and academics with job loss if they don't toe the line. Mussolini went after the rectors of state universities who did not conform to the fascist line; so did Joseph Goebbels, who purged academics who were not pro-Nazi; so did Chile's Augusto Pinochet; so does the Chinese communist Politburo in punishing pro-democracy students and professors.

Academe is a tinderbox of activism, so those seeking a fascist shift punish academics and students with professional loss if they do not "coordinate", in Goebbels' term, ideologically. Since civil servants are the sector of society most vulnerable to being fired by a given regime, they are also a group that fascists typically "coordinate" early on: the Reich Law for the Re-establishment of a Professional Civil Service was passed on April 7 1933.

5. I doubt she will do that
Couple reasons - - her family is here plus she really wants to fight back. This has been going on for years. She's pissed.
