Need help writing a pro-union resolution
Hey, folks - sorry I've been absent lately. Reasons include work, ghost towns, work, bills, work, cat, nephew, and more work.

I want to submit a pro-labor, pro-union resolution to our county party for adoption in order to further drive home our support for organized labor even if the HQ in DC is backing away from it. What I need to know is if you know of any similar resolutions or measures that have been passed around America that makes the point succinctly and with a minimum of bullshit or waffling.

I kknow it's a strange request for someone like me to make, but my brain is a little taxed right now. How is everyone? :hi:

1. Is there a specific point to make or just want to do a shout out type of thing?
I would google "pro union legislation" and see what it brings up.

4. I adapted this from the Catholic Scholars for Worker Justice website
We speak as one voice in opposition to the savage attacks waged on labor unions and collective bargaining today. We speak for the right of workers everywhere to form and join labor unions in order to negotiate collectively for fair wages and benefits for themselves and their families. We urge people everywhere to recognize the many contributions labor unions make to the universal common good.

Good luck. Hope it helps.
