Rachel Maddow coined the phrase and used it as the lead in to her show.

And then she played this clip of the great Peggy Lee's great song, "Is That All There Is?"

And that made me laugh out loud.

Good one, Rachel!

That lead in went to a lengthy lead story for her show about how poor is the esteem in which Mittens is held by his fellow right wingers.
