2. they have all but offered to give it away.
nobody wants it.
it is an empty eyesore. but as far as i know, it is structurally sound. even if you can't get the heat of, it is out of the snow.

It has already been sold to British developer Bill Davies, who has big redevelopment plans:

However, these plans will never come to fruition. I bet the building sits empty for a decade or more.

it is true that the building was sold to some brit dude, but it still looks like it is going to sit empty for eternity.
