2. Did Quan have a come to Jesus moment?
Has she seen the error of her ways?

4. Quan was in DC on Tuesday when the attack happened.
It was the city manager and police chief that planned the evacuation.

5. Quan gave the order. She doesn't get a pass on this just because she visits a Marine she tried to
murder. And she doesn't get a pass just because she's schmoozing the Occupy Oakland protesters tonight. She gave the order to attack the protesters.

9. Four things.
1) I didn't say anyone should get a pass.
2) The two sentences in my previous comments were 'facts' not commentary.
3) Quan did not try to 'murder' Scott Olsen, before this incident she probably never even heard of him before.
4) Quan did not give 'an order to attack' anyone, if anyone has evidence of that then please post a link.

I would like to see Mayor Quan and Howard Jordan resign just like the majority of folks,
we can have our own 'opinions' - but facts are facts.

10. Sorry to leap in here, but someone posted that Quan indeed ordered it and praised her underlings.
I'd like to see the link too, to increase my sneering about her.

11. I've read were she wanted the night time protesters/tents evacuated ...
but NOT to have the protesters attacked.

The planning of the evacuation (the day and time, etc) was left up to the city manger and police chief.
It was supposed to have been a peaceful evacuation to where no one was supposed to be hurt.

If anyone has a link to where 'she ordered an attack' I would like to see it.

3. I'm sorry, I didn't hear that: Did she say she promised him millions of city dollars and to resign?
There, that's better.

6. +1 000 000 000
Before she resigns, she needs to fire everybody in the chain below her who was involved in the decision to shoot.

13. Chances are very good that the ONLY person who made a decision...
...to deliberately take aim at the person of a protester with a propelled (not thrown) grenade is the fuckhead who pulled the trigger.

As I've hammered at time and time again, no-one orders rambo cops/soldiers/guards to take these shots. It is simply made clear that no action will be taken against an "accident" unless it's absolutely impossible to ignore its non-accidental nature.

google:
Stanford Prison Experiment
Milgram experiment
for why.
