Parents beat daughter to death, say she committed suicide

In the video they play the 911 call where the mother tells the operator "Yes, um, I think my daughter just killed herself."

Her children say it was not uncommon for them to leave the daughter outside as punishment.

1. I'm really starting to believe in the concept

of parenting licences. Can't pass a test of basic human decency then no kids.
