Radio ad refuses service to Obama supporters, Muslims
by MORGAN CHESKY / KVUE NEWS
MASON, Texas -- It was a message intended to bring in some extra business. A radio ad for a concealed handgun class at Keller's Riverside Store in Mason, located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is causing controversy.
"We will attempt to teach you all the necessary information you need to obtain your C.H.L.," the ad stated. Forty-five seconds in, the advertisement added a disclaimer.

"If you are a socialist liberal and or voted for the current campaigner in chief, please do not take this class. You have already proven that you cannot make a knowledgeable and prudent decision as under the law."
The ad continues, going on to say,"If you are a non-Christian Arab or Muslim, I will not teach you the class with no shame; I am Crockett Keller, thank you and God bless America."

Behind his store off Highway 87 two hours northwest of Austin, 65-year-old Crockett Keller teaches concealed carry courses to earn a few extra dollars. Courses that, he wants to make clear, are not for everyone.

"I call it exercising my right to choose who I instruct in how to use a dangerous weapon," said Keller.

Both of which were compliments of "socialist liberals". Fuck you.

7. But the ultimate irony is
that he is teaching a class to get a "government" license! He is getting more than entitlements--his part-time job is born in part of the same government he currently despises. Hypocrite asshat!

3. Sounds like the dummy
went and talked himself out of the ability to teach the course. I'll put money down that says that ol' Keller hasn't ever seen a Muslim in that little spot of hell known as Texas Hill Country that's actually around 100 miles from anywhere.

24. Yeah, it's a nice area; and is the location of two towns that supported the Union in the Civil War.
Germans refugees had settled the area, thankful to the nation that had accepted them, so unwilling to secede from or fight against it. And some of them lost their lives because of their refusal to support the Confederacy.

Just because assholes can move in doesn't mean it's not a nice place.

8. "..little spot of hell known as Texas Hill Country..."
Obviously never been here. One of the most beautiful places in the country and is composed of 25 counties- hardly a 100 miles from anywhere.

4. Our local news in San Antonio ran this story, and interviewed the hate-filled asshole.
All I can say is...there are a lot of people in this country who think the way this man does. He stated in the interivew that Muslims are not Americans (even if though they ARE Americans).

Disgusting.

18. Of course you're right. I admit I didn't go to the link.
This could be the ultimate slap at this bigot.

For one, I don't think his entire motive was to "pick up a few extra bucks", but to promote himself in the role of master marksman and seasoned instructor of the handgun. Depending on who does the investigating, this could turn into an ego deflating ban on running his class. If he say's he doesn't care, he's lying.

I suspect one of two things: Either he really does need the money, and ran the ad to augment his enrollment, or it's a side interest and he cut the commercial to make a political statement. Either way, he may well regret the move.

15. At least it's good that he's telling people to take their money elsewhere.
If it's his assumption that liberals and Muslims don't have guns, nor apply for CCW permits, he's as wrong as he can be. In a way, and since he's in West Texas, it's like a used car dealer in Florida doing a commercial saying he won't sell a car to the Amish. While this commercial has further political overtones, I wish there were more like him. I'd want to know before I hand over my money whether the business owner is a RWNJ.

If this particular nut doesn't need the extra business, why is he advertising?
