Something horrible has been slipping under the radar.

Something so horrible that denial slammed itself in place...I will swear, during the last attack upon #OccupyOakland by multiple police agencies, as the live stream host "OakFoSho" (his high school email, he laughs about it) on livestream/globalrevolution and his own stream talked peacefully to a row of riot cops, something about why are they there or something, and a cop, in a nearly breaking gutteral voice said "I have the right to kill you now" or extremely similar. OakFoSho moved on, but a few people in the chat room asked in all caps if that cop actually said that. My denial had slammed down as I'm too damn sensitive for that kind of thing...but their posts caused me to post it here:

I wish to learn the truth of this, whether it happened or not. Does anyone record the livestream(s)? Is there any record?

but would not shock me. No, not all cops are that way (I am starting to think though that OPD has a higher percentage of them), but the psychology of police work would not shock me. A good number of cops, NOT ALL... truly see the OWSers as the 95% they deal with, that can't play with others. A few officers do develop a true us v them attitude due to the work. In a bad environment OPD is one of them, they are free to express it too.

It has to do with the psychology of police work, and how we treat them, and how we train them... and how we fear them. It is also symbolic of the issues we are having as a society.

Edit: I agree. We are past the need or use of AUTHORITY.

WE are our authority, each of us with an equal weight.

But it's not like we weren't aware of what they are feeling. Anyone who has thought about the meaning of the young Marine being so brutally hit with the gas canister and now has brain damage knows they want to kill us.

They just need the orders to come down.

And who knows, maybe our President got some orders from his meeting up with the people at G 8.

The voice I heard come at me over the internet, while the gentlemen recording it was walking away,. was a very guteral demonic voice. There are people inside the Bay Area police forces that would have loved to have been SS during the Third Reich.

that it was a cop. There were civilian assholes around, too, at the time. The guy had his back turned to the camera, and iirc, he was wearing a windbreaker so, he could have been a cop or he could have just been a civilian jerk. I couldn't tell.
