Anyone who lived in New York during Giuliani's tenure as mayor will attest that OWS would be so much different if he were still in office.
There are valid complaints about Bloomberg, no argument. But I'm telling you that Giuliani would have sent in the police and National Guard to beat up and arrest anyone in Zuccotti Park who wasn't feeding the pigeons. He reveled in use of excessive power and being the dictator of New York City.
Giuliani "blaming" Obama for causing OWS, which Giuliani equates with civil unrest that is ruining his city, doesn't surprise me in the least. He hates anything he can't control.
