5. How many Americans vote in off-year Congressional elections?
How many work for the candidates they want to represent them at the local and state/federal legislative levels?

We, The People share a small portion of the "blame" for this situation. Some of us abdicate our responsibility as citizens/voters, fail to toss out the garbage, and let them get away with murder.

The natural tendency is to facilitate the people with money. After all, they tend to be the powerful ones. Little people don't need representation, right? They're powerless.

This must change. This is the goal I envision for OWS. This is the reptilian skin I hope OWS can help America shed.

while they get NO taxation and ALL the representation...how long do they really expect to get away with this?
