I just got a letter from Peter F*#*ckin' King bragging about having passed it... so I assume it must[/b[ be heinous.

1. Easy: Invert the meaning of the second word in the title
Fairness - fair only to black-budgeted spy agencies and corporations.

2. Its the "Wireless Tax Fairness Tax Act"
And it imposes a five year moratorium on new state or local taxes specifically directed at wireless use. It was introduced by Zoe Lofgren, had 236 sponsors, and passed the House by a voice vote. There is a companion Senate bill, S.543, that was introduced by Ron Wyden.
